Annette Harwood Murphy, CEO
Annette Harwood Murphy is the CEO of Tech Logic. She is also the co-founder, President/CEO, and Chairman of the Board of The Library Corporation (TLC) in West Virginia, which holds majority stock shares in Tech Logic.

Ms. Murphy has guided The Library Corporation's strategic planning, fiscal operations, and administration since 1975. Under her stewardship, TLC has become an international company serving thousands of libraries worldwide with an array of technologically advanced automation solutions. In addition to Tech Logic, TLC's corporate family includes CARL Corporation in Denver, Colorado (acquired in 2000).

Ms. Murphy's professional background is in finance, software development, and systems analysis. She worked as a systems analyst and consultant in the development of accounting and office procedures. She pursued studies at the University of Georgia in Atlanta and Dekalb College in Decatur, Georgia, in Systems Analysis.

Ms. Murphy received a Doctor of Humanities degree from Shepherd University on May 20, 2006. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Shepherd University Foundation, the Board of Directors of the Charles Town Library, and the Campaign Committee of Hospice of the Panhandle. Ms. Murphy also serves on the Shenandoah Museum Council.

Gary Kirk, President
Gary Kirk assumed executive responsibility for Tech Logic in April 2005 after holding several senior management roles at The Library Corporation (TLC). He has provided the leadership and vision to propel Tech Logic through a five-year period of tremendous growth. Gary joined TLC in 1986 and has served libraries for more than 25 years, managing the company's general operations, sales, and marketing efforts, as well as developing business partnerships and alliances. He has also served as Director of TLC's Denver operations. In addition to his responsibility at Tech Logic, he continues to serve as Senior Vice President and Board Member to TLC. He studied Business Administration and Marketing at Georgia State University and Auburn University.

Jim Nelson, Director of Operations
Jim Nelson joined Tech Logic in August 2006 as the Engineering Manager, before accepting his current position of Director of Operations. He brings over 21 years of experience in management and engineering in the automation industry to Tech Logic. His past range of experience includes controls engineering, outside sales engineering, automation product management, and manufacturing development. As the Director of Operations, his primary responsibility is overseeing Tech Logic's rapidly growing operations. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University, Minn., and an Electronic Technician degree from Anoka AVTI, Minn.

Calvin Whittington, Director of Finance and Administration
Calvin Whittington is the Director of Finance and Administration at Tech Logic and has been controller of TLC since joining the company in 1987. His responsibilities include budgeting, cost management, general accounting, data processing, inventory control, and purchasing. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Shenandoah University in Virginia.

Greig Eichhorst, Vice President of Facilities and Finance
Greig Eichhorst joined Tech Logic in January 2007 and brings more than 25 years of financial and cost accounting experience to Tech Logic. His extensive background includes serving as a controller and cost manager for a variety of companies, including advertising and construction businesses. Greig is a graduate of Mankato State University, Minn., where he earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Computer Science.

Heidi Weippert, Vice President of Customer Experience
Heidi Weippert joined Tech Logic as Customer Care Manager in 2008, bringing more than 16 years experience in customer service operations and management in a wide variety of industries. Heidi's responsibilities include leading and managing Tech Logic's Customer Care team and positioning the department for success while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Prior to coming to Tech Logic, she worked for a leading news distribution company as part of its management team, overseeing the customer service and product demonstration divisions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn.

Larry Kopacek, Vice President of Manufacturing
Larry Kopacek joined Tech Logic as Manufacturing Manager in 2005, overseeing the manufacturing of Tech Logic's Automated Sorting Technologies systems and other products. He has over 35 years in manufacturing management, with a focus on promoting quality and productivity. Larry brings a wide-range of experience to Tech Logic, with not only management experience, but high-level skills in machining, assembly, and inventory control.

Mike Robertson, Vice President of Manufacturing
Mike Robertson joined Tech Logic in 2009 as the Engineering Manager after serving nearly 20 years as an electrical engineer and automation manager for an automotive parts supply manufacturing company and a multinational food packaging firm. He is responsible for Tech Logic's automation design and development functions and supervising the company's team of electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and product managers. He also oversees and performs activities required to conceptualize, design, install, and manage the implementation and support of Tech Logic's RFID and automation applications. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University.
