Gretchen Freeman continues thirty years of working with libraries to improve workflow and free up staff with technology solutions. She was most recently the Associate Director for Technology at the Salt Lake County urban library system in Utah for 11 years, directing technology strategy, implementation and operations for its 21 libraries. Her previous experience as a vice-president for Dynix Inc. (now SirsiDynix) responsible for support of more than 1,500 North American libraries inspired a belief that librarians, adopting all types of technology tools, are well positioned to help their communities learn, envision and create.

Paul Ridgeway joined Tech Logic in October of 2014 coming from a prominent Twin Cities digital marketing agency. He has been a leader in marketing and business development for almost 20 years serving many marquee corporate clients and organizations both nationally and internationally. Past clients include the National Football League, Microsoft, Ford Motor Company, Honeywell and many others. Paul has also managed many political events with such dignitaries as President Bill Clinton and Leader Nancy Pelosi. He enjoys work in experiential marketing, government relations and development serving companies, clients and industry he personally believes in.

Tom Loy joined Tech Logic as an Engineering Consultant in June 2005. Tom brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Tech Logic, having worked in the library automation industry for The Library Corporation (TLC) since 1988. Tom’s vast sales experience at TLC included successfully directing, planning, and coordinating national sales activities as Director of Sales, and serving as Vice President of Sales. Through his extensive background in the library industry, he is able to understand library needs, delivering the best solutions while considering the best value and cost savings for customers.

Director of Inside Sales

Tracie Hanson joined Tech Logic in 2007. She has over 20 years of customer service, sales, entrepreneurialism and project management experience with a strong focus on implementation, training, and continued support. Tracie joined the Tech Logic team as a Customer Care Account Manager where she supplied support to Tech Logic’s customer base. Based on that experience, her attention to detail and the ability to develop customer relationships, Tracie moved to a Project Account Manager role for both product lines offered through Tech Logic—Automated Sortation and Self-Checkout. In 2015 Tracie moved into the role of Director of Inside Sales supporting the sales team internally and externally with RFP writing, quotes, order implementation.
